Solutions · Buyers & Renters

Find your next propertywithout touring the whole country.

Buying or renting in Costa Rica can turn into a maze of portals, promises and visits that lead nowhere. We listen to what you're looking for, filter the noise and only take you to what qualifies.

We understand your project

We start with a session to define area, budget, timing and real priorities — not a wishlist.

  • Buyer or renter profiling
  • Areas and typology definition
  • Target price range and timelines

Active search on and off portal

We cross-reference our inventory, pre-sale properties, private contacts and portals to build a shortlist of real options.

  • Exclusive portfolio properties
  • Off-market opportunities
  • Curated pre-sale from allied developers

Visits, negotiation and due diligence

We coordinate effective visits and negotiate with your interest first, backed by real comparables.

  • Comparative price analysis
  • Legal and physical review
  • Offers, counteroffers and terms

Financing, paperwork and handover

We support the entire banking, notary and transfer process so you reach signing with no surprises.

  • Bank pre-qualification with allies
  • Notary and transfer coordination
  • Handover checklist and post-sale
Frequently asked

What we usually get asked.

Do you represent the buyer or the seller?

We can represent either side in different operations. When we work with a buyer, we defend their interest in the negotiation.

Do you help with financing?

Yes. We coordinate with allied banks for pre-qualifications, rate comparison and follow-up on the mortgage process.

Do you show properties outside your portfolio?

Yes. If we have a client with a clear profile, we also look outside our inventory, both on and off portals.

Do you charge the buyer or renter?

In most deals our commission is paid by the seller or landlord. For special dedicated searches, we agree it in writing in advance.

Do you help with legal review?

Yes. We coordinate registry due diligence, review of plans, permits and liens with allied lawyers before signing any option.

Do you work with clients abroad?

Yes. Virtual tours, video calls, remote document review and power of attorney coordination — you don't need to be in Costa Rica to close.
